This poor baby will live with her foster family until her time comes to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. She was brought to us when she was found walking down the road in Ketchum, OK. They thought that she had been hit by a car because she walked funny. She is actually a happy, very sweet and friendly little girl and does not act like she is in any pain at the moment. We took her for x-rays expecting the outcome to just be an old break that has healed wrong. The outcome was far worse. The vets could not believe that she moves around the way she does. She has breaks everywhere that are about 3/4 of the way mended where they are. They give her four months to one year before the pain from the scar tissue that is forming and the arthritis that is setting in will become too much. Surgery is not an option because the damage is so severe. We have brought her home and she will live, however long she has, getting all the love and warmth that she can shower on her. We do have vet bills that will need to be paid so any donations through our paypal site will be greatly appreciated.
